Who looks after your information
KinDial is a product in development by Saim Arifeen, an independent developer based in Pakistan. This notice covers the public KinDial website and its early access waitlist.
What we collect and why
When you join, we save your email address, your name if you provide it, when you joined, and a record of your agreement to receive KinDial early access and launch updates. We use these details to manage the waitlist and send those updates. Joining does not create a KinDial account or guarantee an access date. Please do not enter medical information.
Where your information goes
Vercel hosts this website and processes signup requests. Upstash stores waitlist records in a database configured in the United States. Saim can access the records from Pakistan to manage the list. These providers process information to run the service; we do not sell your waitlist details.
Spam protection and website logs
We use a hidden form field and submission limits to reduce automated signups. The application temporarily stores a protected fingerprint of your network address for rate limiting, which expires after an hour. We do not save your raw IP address in your waitlist record. Hosting providers may process network addresses and request information in their operational and security logs. The waitlist form does not set advertising cookies or store your details in browser storage.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring websites, approximate location, and browser and device types. This analytics service does not use tracking cookies. We do not send waitlist names or email addresses as analytics events, and we remove query parameters and fragments from the page URLs sent through our analytics integration.
Leaving the list or updating your details
To stop updates, correct your details, or request deletion, email saimarfeen298@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We keep your signup while the waitlist is active, unless you ask us to remove it. If the project is discontinued, the waitlist will be deleted.
